FAQ's

What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering simply means that you pay upfront now to secure your pram and it will be sent out to you from our Melbourne warehouse as soon as the stock arrives (the estimated dates we give above). You can only pre-order if the item is listed as Pre-Order on the product page. 

Can you guarantee when I will receive my pram?

The dates we provide are our best estimates of when we hope to send out your order. Rest assured we'll be doing everything we can to meet these dates however occasionally slight delays can occur due to reasons outside of our control. To find out how long it will take to reach you, you can check Australia Post's delivery time estimates by clicking  here and entering 3026 as the "From postcode".

Do I need to pay in full when I place a pre-order?

Yes, you need to pay in full to secure your order. Unless you pay with Afterpay which means you will pay in fortnightly instalments - click  here for details.

If I order accessories with my pram will they be sent separately when I place the pre-order or with the pram?

Accessories will always be sent with your pram.
